Our Process:

Complete your application online.

Collect your respective check list and arrange documents accordingly.

Mail your documents to (Please include e-mail address) for acknowledgement.

All documents are quality checked for verification purposes by our professional consultants.

Submission to mission: we submit your application to the respective mission

Collection from the mission: we collect your processed passport from the mission on the due date

Pass-back Delivery to clients: we return original passports with visa to clients by via courier or over the counter

SECURITY: :We ensure the safety of all original data and documents and being accountable is our top priority. All documentation is handled in a highly secure manner and we ensure that we report back to our clients throughout the entire process regarding their applications.

 

On Site security measures:

All our VACs(Visa Assistance Centres) are monitored by CCTV Cameras and have been fitted with

monitored alarm systems.

We use water and fire proof safes with a electronic locking system for our clients original documents

Smoke detectors & Fire Extinguishers are installed in our VACs

 

Software security measures::

All data transmission between the web servers and our centres to be encrypted with 2048 bits extended SSL (EV).

All electronic transactional data like applicant details, fee collections are stored on a web server hosted in a secure database.

No electronically transaction data will be stored on local computers at our VACs.

All our computers & laptops contain Firewall and antivirus software.

Local storage, USB drives, CD/DVDs and photographic cameras are strictly prohibited in our centres.

All electronic equipment are under warranties, maintenance and support agreements with OEMs to eliminate any operational issues.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: We have our own research and development center. Our dedicated R & D team is always finding new solutions for our clients for their global travel needs. We provide geographical, cultural, traditional knowledge together with safety precautions for each destination.
